Having a provincial mandate with members spread across British Columbia, the AGM will only be accessible by video conference and telephone.

Le Carrefour is seeking applications to fill vacancies on its Board of Directors for the next fiscal year. To apply, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria, among others :
- Be an individual member in good standing of the Society
- Be involved for at least two years in the British Columbia Francophone community
- Receive support from a member in good standing of the Society
