About Stéphane Lapierre The Carrefour's mission is to bring together, represent and mobilize Francophones and Francophiles aged 50 and over in British Columbia in all their diversity by offering services that meet their needs. Th goals are to: Provide leadership on issues affecting Francophones and Francophiles 50+ in British Columbia; Bring together the target clientele in all its diversity; Represent and promote the respect of their rights, cultural interests, and well-being; Develop and offer tools that contribute to physical and mental health, thus improving their quality of life.
